    Projector recommendations

We have purchased a several Skytrack simulators and are looking into getting screen and projectors for each unit. What has been the most reliable projector for the cost? Also is there any that are wireless or can connect to I-Pads?

par2pro for your screens. As for projectors you need to know your distances (throw ratio) from screen (try projectorcentral.com) and determine your resolution, 4K, WUXGA, HD (budget dependent) etc. I think the projector is probably the hardest part to work out, takes a bit of maths (shadow casting, pythagoras) unless you have a good room size and ceiling heights, i'm turning into a sim consultant here after researching this for 6 months! had 3 clubs ask about sim rooms now.

We actually have plenty of space of and very tall ceilings. We have great lighting. I am thinking our projectors would be approximately 12-14' above the floor. Do you feel they might need to be lower to have a better screen shot? What distance away from the screen would you want the projector if you were shooting to a 10x12 screen?
I really thought buy a simulator and add a projector and screen, not quite that simple if you want it done right I am learning.

Because of room layouts, budgets, throw distances, screen sizes etc. there are no standards, lots of research and trial and error.

Before spending money on a projector not fitted for the application, do you know of a person, company or data that might be available to help create a good starting point if you had dimensions, information on light casting and screen sizes?
