not able to get my game improvement features

Bought the game improvement package when i bought the skytrak. Received the email to activate it and did so, but still no features available other than basic. Any idea or suggestions?

I had the same issue, I opened up a chat session with the skygolf customer support team and they corrected my membership authorisation on their system within a few mins..
