Did a full bag fitting today at club champion is St. Louis. Had my skytrak running side by side for some shots and found them to be almost the same on all measured parameters. Ball speed was within 1 mph, launch angle was within 1 degree, and spin was within 250 on all shots. Carry distance was within 3 yards. I've always felt my skytrak was very accurate and now I know for sure. And over the 3 hours I hit I probably had 6-8 mis reads on trackman, shots where it read over 10,000 spin with a driver or 6 iron. Skytrak didn't have any and I've very rarely had any. And when using skytrak any other time I have very rarely had a shot that he numbers seems wrong or didn't register. Just wish skytrak would add angle of descent and apex height now.

Good to hear. I have also found it to be very accurate. I don't know why these threads still pop up about Skytrak measuring lower distances than actual. Maybe its just people using it for the first time and getting a reality check on their true numbers.

Most people that have distance issue have abnormal spin numbers. It may be the algorithms in the LM on those strange numbers. That or the ball.My Courses:
