Just went to plug in my SkyTrak_Seth so it could charge and the internal slot pushed all the way into the unit - how in the world did that happen? I have the protective case and it's never been abused in anyway.
What do I do now? FYI I bought it last year second-hand from a reputable person and have it without issue for almost 12 months. It is registered in my name but I don't have the original receipt if that matters.
