Hi all, if I buy a pre-owned ST in the uk, does the warranty and purchased software (GI and WGT) carry over? The unit is only 6mnths old, so I'm hoping I wouldn't need to buy new licenses until December time.

Also, has anything been resolved on the out of warranty repairs as yet?

Sorry for the delay, I was MIA for most of July! Licenses and memberships are based on your account. You can tie those licenses to any device that you own and is registered to you under your account, but you cannot transfer them from account to account.

AFAIK, there is no news on out-of-warranty repairs but will check again. There may be, just not my dept.

Hi Seth, thanks for getting back to me. That particular unit sold but good to know that the licences aren't transferable, though I'm presuming a seller could just pass on their account login.
