Please Help- Registration and Play and Improve Problem

Edit: Finally got the registration to work. Now only trying to solve the play and improve package

2) I purchased mine with the 4th of July special that comes with the protective case + the 1 year membership for play and improve. There is no code or anything for the play and improve included within the package- so it appears I only have the basic setup. Is there something additional I need to do to obtain the package? I saw some others had this issue, but just wondering how they eventually got it solved.

There was a small card in my box that contained some information relating to my play and improve package. But I'd already registered before noticing it. So I used livechat on the websight, gave them the info on that card, and they activated the play and improve package on my account. Look for the card in your box, and if you don't have that, maybe ask the company you purchased it from.
