So I'm on my second day with a demo unit purchased with the Game Improvement package in which I saved $300 off the normal price and still have the 30 day return policy. Day 1 I hit in my yard into a net without really going through the leveling and making sure everything was perfect, I just wanted to test it out and the numbers were a mess. I thought the machine was broken as it was reading my distances way too low....today I took it too the range along with a level and set it up perfectly and starting hitting as my wife kept an eye on the landing spot and read the numbers to me from the skytrak app and damn was this machine good!!! Pretty much every shot was within a couple yards of the landing spot and even the roll numbers looked super accurate as well! I was hitting into a 10-12 mph wind as well so my distances were down a bit from a normal calm day and it just read everything I hit perfectly.. It did fail to register about 3 balls out of the 100 in the bucket we hit but whatever, I can deal with that.... It is scary though watching my wife who just started hitting balls swinging next to an almost $2000 machine that could break at anytime a ball or club smashed into it lol...
If you're thinking about getting this unit I'd say go for it, it's pretty darn impressive for the $$$.. Can't wait until my sim room is built and I can play TGC, I'll be in heaven all winter...

For a lot of folks, hitting indoors off a mat you aren't totally familiar with will produce numbers that don't jive with your IRL performance. Just give it time, and just like you did, take it to the range where you are familiar!
