Hi all
So I'm getting rather stressed out with my skytrack unit, I've managed to play TGC a few times, each time consists of a good 30 - 60 minutes rebooting and trying to connect which I have just written off as me doing something wrong but now I can not connect at all.
I click into the skytrack app on my PC
I then turn on the skytrack which mainly has the lights from bottom up (green/Amber /red) all solid.
The unit will not connect, when I can get it to connect I'm not sure if it's network or direct but as soon as I exit the app the laser goes out and obviously TGC interfac can not find the skytrack unit.
I have read through the forum on similar problems but I have a good internet connection (about 40mbs according to speed test)
Please help
PS also recently I had a warning come up that my battery was low but the unit was not connected and the battery was full, inplugged the charger in and had the same low battery message the next time I tried to connect. Is this an underlying issue?
Thanks in advance, I'm hoping I'm missing something as I'm feeling like I've thrown 2k down the pan

It will stay that way until you either 1) Force it back to Direct Mode in the SkyTrak app, or 2) do a hard reset on the bottom. The unit should only go all 3 greens when you are connected to an application, whether it be SkyTrak or TGC. I may need to investigate further as to how USB and Network Mode interact if used at the same time, even if USB is only to charge (ie does one try to override the other).
