I was curious if anyone has their skytrak on their homeowners insurance. Looks like the only option for a decent protective case still leaves a window large enough for a golf ball to get through. Hate to be out 2k and I have seen other members saying Skytrak won't warranty any damage even with the protective case in use.

Thought about the same thing, I'm kind of ignorant though... I don't know if you need to add it to your policy, or if it is just automatically covered if it is under a certain dollar amount. For example, do you have to call your insurance company and add your new $2000 couch? I don't think so, but maybe I was supposed to when I got new furniture!
Maybe someone in the insurance world can chime in.

You can make your own cover that a ball won't pass through for less than $20 bucks. Also, try tosearch on insurance, i remembering someone discussing this and how they covered theirs.

I asked my insurance about this and they said everything you purchase for your house is covered. It's whether or not you want to make a claim and eat whatever deductible you may have. However having it insured based on a ball hitting it may be a whole nother thing. I am talking about damage from electrical surge, fire, flood etc...

Yeah I talked to usaa today and they said I couldn't warranty it under valuable belongings. She said its automatically insured under personal property but only for fire and water damage or stolen. So that does nothing for damage from a ball or club and I did a 2,000 deductible so no bueno haha.
