New Skytrak owner, advice on netting and hitting

Setup my Skytrak along with CCE mat and Net Return Series Pro net today for first time. Any advice on how to protect my ceiling? I have side shields but my sand and lob wedges hit my ceiling, already put a couple ball marks in it.

Second thing, my Skytrak picked up my hits pretty well except from my driver, probably missed about half of them. Where do you suggest lining up my tee to help?

How far away from the screen our most of you hitting from. I started out at about 10 feet but my wedges obviously were lofted more so I moved up to about 7 feet.

For those of you hitting into a net, what are you using to keep your balls from bouncing on the floor and going all over the place.

Thanks everybody, learned a lot from following on here for awhile.

I can help out a little here...

I place the laser right at the base of the tee when using a driver.

Sams club has foam / rubber tiles that lock together that deaden most golf balls falling from the Net Return system. We then covered he foam tiles with 3 Putt-A-Bout 3 x 11 golf mats from Amazon.

As for the high lofted shots I sent a few over my fathers setup as well. Not sure I can help with that one!
