Red laser disappears for some seconds

Hello,
I ve got one strange problem.
Sometimes teh red laser disappears for about 5 seconds. If u hit the ball in this time no shot will be caoures of course.
I tried reset, usb and wifi.
Anybody else have the same problem?

When the laser disappears, are all lights green?

Does it come back after 5 seconds? If so, this usually happens for one of 2 reasons:
1) You took some practice swings that somehow the SkyTrak read as ball movement and is trying to process a shot but cannot process so laser comes back on; or
2) You have poor wifi connection between the SkyTrak and your computer or iPad and SkyTrak is trying to reconnect.

It does it when you take practice swings close to the ball. I think this also leads to people believing they have a missed shot. If you take a practice swing close to the ball, top light goes out and you need to wait. I had someone over who did this and twice the light didn't come back on in time and he thought it missed the shot, but the unit wasn't ready to yet.
