  • Best lighting for the ball measurement

    Hello guys,

i often have problems when i'm playing in the night.
In the afternoon i have no problems with the simulatorroom.
I installed a LED 7W light exactly on the floor over the skytrak to lighten the ball.
Does i need one more LED light on the side to lighten the ball from the side?
The room is quite dark, i only use the beamer and the LED light - look at the picture.

Should i use halogen lamps because of the jitter from LEDs?

    Regards
    Philip

That is a sweet setup. Nicely done!!

Is the sand in the background, possibly inline with the ballflight? That's the only thing i could think of, maybe it's having a hard time picking it up with that background. I don't believe the light should matter, i use mine in complete darkness except for the projector and also with all the lights in the garage on and I don't have any issues.

that is a nice set up looks like you put in the effort could the spot light be causing the issue is what I am thinking its like playing outside with the sun high in the sky with the skytrak I have issues, that led has a lot of lumens coming out. Also nice toaster oven if I am right you owe me a pop tart.....

45 euro in german for one !quadratmeter! is very good (-:
          and yes its pizza ofen!

perhaps it could be the plug socket.
I will tape it with a blue stripe and check it out.

Soon i get a GC2 and i will see if the GC2 has the same problem
