SkyTrak - USB or WIFI - which is better for a PC sim setup

I've seen bits and pieces around the forum, but haven't found a firm position.

My sim is set up and I have little cause to take my ST anywhere other than my basement. I've had it connected via USB, it just stays wired all the time. I've never had a battery issue.

I do get non-reads though - maybe 1 in 20. (always seems to be that pure hit!) Room is dimly lit with halogen wall sconces. No big deal on the range, but a PITA when in TGC.

Two issues, shot drawing speed and non-reads - any comments?

My computer is hardwired to router and ST on wifi.

Does this work well for you? Experimenting w same

It's the only way, Ive ever used it. No issues for me. I mistakenly believed that the ST was hard wired via usb to computer, but I actually wasn't.

thanks - same working okay for me - with usb plugged into a charger cube and wifi to pc's adaptor and cat6 to router
