Skytrak and Swinguru

Hi everyone, having a few issues with SkyTrak and Swinguru just wondering if anyone can help - the issue is a USB issue.

My motherboard has 2 USB controllers and I have a PCIe 4 port USB3 controller and the issue is when I have Swniguru (with Kinect camera) plugged in, Skytrak doesn't read most shots... and the 3rd light (top light) often flashes when you walk up to the unit (may be cast a shadow?) ... but it's weird.

they are plugged in on individual controllers, so should not be any issue with data throughput... any ideas?

I have experimented quite a bit, the only way I have got it to consistently work is to place a small bleak board angled about 15 degrees behind the ball between my lead leg and the ball. It captures 100% of the shots but it does make the balance numbers inaccurate because it can not see my lead foot.
