    Skytrak + Sim software

    Hi guys
Just purchased a skytrak, so far pretty pleased with it, gonna get some sim software for it but got a few questions if anyone can help me out? Firstly do all or any of the packages have the option of a nearest the pin competition on a particular hole? Something like 17th at Sawgrass or another signature hole if the course is available in that particular package? The memory on my current laptop is 4gb is that going to be powerful enough to run all the different sim packages? How much is available to do offline as well?
    All help appreciated

One other thing, although I still went ahead and purchased it, I was not completely satisfied with the warranty of the product considering the price paid, have owners of these devices had any issues with reliability? Battery life etc going forward?

there is a thread just for skytrak owners you can do your research on that thread and it will give you all you need for information with what's negative and what's positive, there is a extended warranty for the skytrak that you can also purchase.

no its cool I will try to help so memory will kind of work on the sim but the more important question is what is your graphics card and CPU as a 4 series memory card kind of puts out that this not a gaming laptop. Also I have not turned on my Skytrak for a long time so a KP is on your WGT but I do not think you can pick a certain course and/or hole on other software and do not know what the JNPG offers since its been evolving and I think E6 is available also for the skytrak, there are a lot of skytrak users on this site they will chime in soon and give you advice on that question but I have never searched out that option on TGC but I do not believe it is one. The warranty correct is very short, and I know of some battery issues in the past and I do know that customer service is something you might have to chase to get things done, but they aren't so bad, one work of advice for a long life to your skytrak, "Don't hit it with a ball and you will be fine". then your warranty will be a non issue..
