New SkyTrak Purchase Tomorrow

Looking for direction on buying a SkyTrak and will either get the TGC or just use it in practice mode "Driving Range" until I have my Laptop - so it needs to run on Windows not Apple.

Is it possible to buy the unit and run it without any other S/w (Apple) or not.

Best place to get it 1695 the lowest around?

I've got TGC but to be honest I use the driving range that came with skytrak %95 of the time

I run both TGC and SkyTrak on a 2016 Macbook Pro i7 with Bootcamp. TGC settings are 1024 x 768 - Medium and I have no issues. I plan on buying a dedicated gaming PC but this works for now.

I got mine last week for $1695 shipped from playbetter. I planned to get TGC, but wanted to use on my iPad too. However, the app crashed every time I tried to open it on my iPad mini2...so I'm just using it on my pc at the moment. I need to upgrade my pc next year to play in high setting for TGC, but it works fine with just skytrak app.

Global Golf or Rock Bottom golf codes work. They said the manufacture indicated this item has a pricing restriction, therefore not eligible for the discount. I guess I will build the net and mat while waiting on either a Skytrack sale or a deal on a GC2.
