My skytrak has virtually became unusable , it will read maybe 1 out of every 5-8 shots!! during my last tournament round i was literally swinging 10-15 times every single hole!!! at one point I had hit this shot 9 times before it finally read the shot. I have had the unit for somewhere around 3 months. lately it has gotten bad also on direction , I can aim 40 yards left and the ball will go straight right completely off the golf course or I can aim 30 yards right and toe hook one and it still goes 40 yards right completely off the golf course , I have used a laser and the alignment mode in the skytrak range app and still does no good ... with all this being said its not consistent , some rounds it seems to be fairly accurate with just the occasional miss and the next one it is just brutally bad, im having to swing 125-135 times a round just to get thru the 18 holes!! ,, has anyone got any suggestions ??? the unit has never been hit, shaken, rattled , dropped or hit with a ball ever. I love using the unit and really enjoy playing online but its to the point its no longer enjoyable ,, one more thing I have it connected to my computer via USB because I absolutely cannot get it to connect via the wireless network, I have heard this may effect it?? my mat is flush with the floor and I have the skytrak sitting on the floor as well (not raised) ?? I use a projector , is the room to dark? I play golf with the yellow srixon could that be the problem?? I will try anything at this point

Try resetting it and also use white balls. I've never had any luck with a yellow ball. -
Is this on TGC?? Mine did this as well a few months ago if it is... I had to uninstall the TGC server program (whatever you call it that connects to the skytrak box). I believe it's a separate download link sent in the email when you first install TGC... that fixed my problem right up if this in indeed with TGC.Comment
