Skytrak can't connect to Perfect Golf with direct wifi

I use Skytrak w/Perfect Golf via usb. It works fine, but sometimes goes through bouts of not registering the shot. I heard that wifi for some is better. I can connect the skytrack to my pc via wifi direct and use the skytrack driving range - but when I open PG golf - it never opens that 2nd screen to connect to skytrack. Anyone use perfect golf via direct wifi?

I do. It didn't work for me at first then I tried again and it suddenly did and has been since. Not sure how I can help other than make sure TGC isn't running at the same time. I open PG first and it opens Steam for me then the Connect screen comes up and it all works out.

Not sure how you could run it via direct wi-fi because then you won't have an internet connection. Switch from direct wi-fi to network mode in the skytrak app then connect to game. This is how I run it without issues. Also see my network tips and tricks thread for more help.
