Ipad data export and sync between devices?

Loving my skytrak so far, it is an amazing device. However, I have a couple of questions:

1. The data syncs to the skycaddie cloud, so I thought all of the data would be available on any device as long as you sign in with a valid account? I have collected shots on an ipad and pc, and they don't show each others data?

2. Export on pc creates a pdf, excellent. Export on my ipad appears to do something but nothing shows. What is supposed to happen?

I only use the skytrak app on my iPad, never PC. I have only done the game improvement thing lately, but when I click the export button, it usually winds thru each distance, then gets back to the beginning and does nothing. I think it will only work with the stock Apple mail app, and I don't think I had that set up the first few times I tried it, but now I do and it's still not consistent. Sometimes it pops up the email with the PDF attached and sometimes it just cycles thru anfd then stops at the beginning and doesn't do anything else.

Wish it was consistent.... or even better, gave you a choice of which iPad app to export the PDF with, would be great to export to google drive right from the skytrak app like you can do with most other apps.

I also use the skytrak app on my iPad Air only, but not on PC. So far it is working good for me. Does that has something to do with iPad versions? Which iPad model you are using?
