Works great except short shots (less than 25 feet) from the fringe. Can't putt from fringe, ever. Chips fail to read 3 or more times. When they do read, the result is nonsense... 45 degree angle right or left, reverse spin over 10k rpm, etc. anyone else experience this? So far tech support at Skytrak and Trugolf unable to help.

I know NOTHING of computers...... so hears my guess.........Windows 10 is not your issue, your operating platform is. I'm guessing, TruGolf may not be compatible with your computer.

Short game had issues on trugolf, don't know if that got fixed? I remember you could not putt from fringe and chipping was very difficultComment

Correct, cannot putt from fringe and short chips from fringe do not read. Initially, Skytrak sent me to TG. TG says the issue is ST. So back with ST for help now. They've asked for videos of the issue and my set up so I will get that to them and let you know how this turns out.Comment

I am using Windows 10 with E6 and Skytrak. I also can't putt from the fringe, but on chipping I have something like only 1 in 10 shots where it doesn't pick it up. I will admit that I don't look at the numbers so I can't tell you if I get weird spin numbers, I just look at the tracer line and it seems reasonable. In my experience on chips, it has been helpful to have the ball position just slightly forward of the red dot, I mean not a lot, just enough that the red dot falls toward the rear third of the ball.Comment
