Has anyone tried just putting a sheet of Lexan between the golf ball and the Skytrak to protect it? Even if you had to drill some holes in it for the laser, wouldn't that work? In other words attach it to something the skytrak is sitting on and push it up against the mat.

Yes search davray design. There is a template for it. Now there are a couple options guys are selling that are better than the diy stuff -
I am just talking about a flat sheet of lexan probably around 20" x 20" or so that would be between the ball and the skytrak. More like a shield than an enclosure.Comment

The cameras need the holes in the lexan. Gave up the idea and just ordered the Full Metal Jacket. Simpler and easier and seems most are having good luck with it. Thanks for the replies all.Comment
