Check out the their web site, but I’ll try to give you a quick synopsis. The Trackman 4 indoor only model is $19k. This includes everything for the first year. It includes analysis, about 75 courses and all the software. After the first year there is an annual subscription fee for the software.

When you buy a TM, you get the unit itself plus one year of software and hardware license. This gives you everything that you would want for one year, including access to all VG2 courses and other games/ challenges etc.
after one year you will need to pay for the software license if you want to continue to play VG2 and get things like Tracy to continue to work. There are packages available and I suggest looking at those. Hardware and software licenses are available and these can be found on their website.
you will also get 100 metallic dots for indoor use. Also if you just want indoor, then the price is lower than $25k. I thought indoor only was $19k.

So looking at their website it would appear that your cost for the first 4 years of ownership is $4000 (hardware + software). It is $4k every 3 years and the first year is free. Based upon the TM website I am not so sure that Tracy is part of the subscription, it may be a permanent feature. Everybody has different needs but if I were to buy one I would take advantage of that first year and then decide on whether to drop the Virtual Golf for TGC or retain the VG2.
There are many people more knowledgeable than I am but I would think the hardware maintenance is likely a poor investment. I would likely just get the Software at 2k per 3 years should I decide to keep it over TGC. That is still pricy in comparison to a one-time fee like TGC.
Also, the TM4 has been out for nearly 5 years. If this is something you are considering with resale value in mind it is possible a TM5 is on the way sooner than later.

Just sharing a good video that compares Skytrak with a TM4. I have read before that Skytrak takes a little to get lined up and that is confirmed in this video, but once this is done things it does go a long way supporting what many in this forum have said about Skytrak being a pretty good monitor.
While I still love my TM, I think this could help some people who are considering a Skytrak.

Some amazing new announcements coming out of the PHA Show for TM. So far I have heard of reduced indoor distance requirements with TM saying they only need to see one revolution of the golf ball now. Many more courses also expected to come out this year. However, the new indoor changes might open up TM to more indoor users.

Yeah I am going to change my set up a bit now to accommodate that they only need seven feet from unit to impact for indoor use now. I had my lighting etc set up for 8 feet in order to maximize club data info but now they sayyyou only need seven feet for everything and so will adjust lighting to this area now. Makes me happier as it adds another foot of ball flight

These links were shared by another on discord, but it does give some information on the direction TM will take this year. no information on the new indoor min requirements in this stuff as I believe that will all come with the next update that is expected in February, but I am really happy with all the news I am reading.
