New Trackman reduced measurements!

When are the reduced measurements for TM4 being released? My Sim room is nearly complete but i only have 15.5 feet from TM to screen.

May have to sell my TM4 at this rate!!

I just commented on this in another forum today. I just noticed on TMs website that the specs for TM4 changed from what I had seen before. I had thought it used to say 18 feet TM to hitting net and it now seems to say 16 feet. I don’t believe this is the new indoor measurements though. Perhaps give your rep a call and see what he has to say or make a support request from TM. You never know, but given your indoor limitations, TM may send you a beta release to be testing.

have you tested your 15.5 feet to see if you can get readings from this smaller space with the current firmware version?

on another positive note, someone commented today that they had heard the new golf ball from Titleist for TM is expected Q1 2022.

it says on the website that minimum room dimensions are 15.5 feet. (Min 6’ TM to ball, min 7.5’ ball to screen)

These are the new firmware room dimensions but as we know not the current dimensions.
Ive not been able to test it yet at 15.5’ as room isn’t ready. It’s only ready on the 5th November.
Are you in a position to test 15.5’ from TM to screen?
Ive never contacted support, what’s the best way to do this? Just a quick email?

What is the new ball from Titleist? Not needing to use the metal dot?

I might be able to do some testing at 15.5 feet, but can’t do much as my hitting strip can’t be moved and this would be hitting off my putting turf which is very bad in my joints. I expect that I will not get a lot of club data, but should be able to check (I would have unit at 6 feet behind ball and 9.5 feet of carry).

Seems like I will have no issue as this was their reply.

”I can reassure that firmware 2.2.1 will have the lower dimensions required for your setup.”
