I brought this up long ago I have e6 for the trackman 4 and I’m still still still experiencing the no reads from just off the green when I’m in the rough anywhere from 30-75 ft it’s just won’t read the shot I have reached out to support multiple times and they basically tell me it’s a trackman issue …. Any thoughts ?

Have you spoke to TM support? I assume the latest firmware has not helped? A couple of thoughts:
1. Make sure your lighting is what has been recommended by TM.
2. I have found that hitting a ball without the metallic dot helped me a year ago with a similar issue.
3. when I putt I find that a yellow ball seems to be best for my environment and I don’t put a dot on. When I have chips similar to yours, chipping with this ball seems to do the trick.
4. Is this just an e6 issue or do you get this in TPS or in the virtual range?
i would see if TM will do a remote session with you.

All software up to date…. Tried the different balls … even tried exiting the game and resuming … same result???? …. No trackman does not experience these short missed shots …. What baffles me is there must be more trackman e6 owners out there that have experienced this….Comment

Strange you don’t get it as well while using Virtual Golf. While may not do anything have you tried selecting a different club from what is suggested?Comment
