Best light for tracking impact indoors?

I am using a TrackMan 4 with the RCT ball in my apartment. I bought a 12000 lumen LED work light from Home Depot, but I would like something that is not as blinding or that I can mount maybe overhead. I know that TrackMan sells a $400 light, but is there anything cheaper that you have used that is effective for impact location tracking when using TrackMan?
