new to Trackman and the App

So our local club installed trackman.. Our league has started a new indoor short season to get some swings in before outdoor starts in a couple months..In talking with the staff we were told we could put the app on our phone and login to the software and we would be able to see the shot data after a round.. Many of us have done this. What we got was a few hours after the round we can login on our phones and see shot locations but no shot data and if we login on the website nothing at all?

Are we expecting too much or are we not doing something? Several of us sent questions to trackman support but crickets..

Got lots of questions on actually using the device as well but will start with this simple question first

I have noticed this too. I can see the groupings of my sessions in the app, but can't see anything on the main website and don't see much else. There seems to be a few different account types on trackman that don't talk to each other...hopefully something they are working on.

i would at least like to see my shot info on the phone. our whole group is really struggling with distance issues and without the data to look at its hard to peg what is wrong. I mean we are off by 40+ yds real life numbers and its confusing everyone

finally got support.. very confusing they are saying nothing from virtual golf is saved for review as no one wants to look at shots., only when you use the driving range feature

So far we have been told trackman.com is broken. Shot data is not saved or display in virtual rounds, you can only see some data if its a tournament you were sent an invite from..

surprised there is so little response to this? Do people not use these features at all?
