I paid for my 1 year subscription from Trackman around 45 hours ago and provided the serial number but they still have not activated it yet. They take forever to reply with emails and said they are very busy right now. Anyone else experienced this?

Never I’ve always been able to reach them immediately if I were you I would open a chat session with their rep and I’m sure they will sort it out fast I had the same issue when I purchased pebble beach and they took care of it immediately -
I have opened many chats. Last message I had was it will take 48 for the finance department to confirm payment. Money was taken from my account and now I have sent 3 more emails with no response.Comment

I had mine done within 48 hours and was surprised at the time that it took a bit longer than I was expecting (this was about two years ago now). No excuse for them to take as long as they are, but I would just make sure that they set the expiry date correctly.Comment
