  • Couple questions for new user

I am new Trackman user, using through a rental facility in my area. Couple questions for anyone that knows:
    1. Right now I can only review that data and video at home by saving a report to my trackman account, which then comes up on a web browser at home. However, I can't find any way to delete shots from home that way, does anyone know if its possible to delete shots after the fact from home, or is the only way to do it from TPS at the end of the session?
    2. My shorter irons (JPX923Tours) don't seem to register some club data for some reason, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Anyone know if there is anything I can do to improve how often it reads the club data like dynamic loft, etc?
    3. When I go back to the rental facility and login with my trackman account, how can I review previous sessions that are saved in my trackman account, in the TPS software, for example in order to delete some shots, or to remove old sessions from trackman account, etc..?
    4. I have noticed that the projector image at the rental place doesn't seem to be lined up with where the trackman radar sensor is, the flag is to the left. I am not sure why. what can I use at the rental facility to determine how far off center I need to aim my target line in order to register as straight by the trackman radar? Is there some alignment screen I can use to quickly re align it, or to at least know the direction I need to consider the target aim line on the mat? Hitting shots exactly 90 degrees square to the mat they have setup in there, doesn't fly straight on the screen...so...I don't know how to play any target oriented games or rounds without knowing which direction precisely to aim.
    5. The strokes gained practice games are great, but since I'm not a scratch golfer I just have pretty awful negative scores. Does anyone know if there is a way to set say a 10 handicap as the baseline to reference against instead of scratch?
    Thanks in advance
Working...
