Lost cloud features after update

I don't seem to have my cloud features after upgrading to the latest version of E6. Anyone else encounter this? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hello, if you are referring to an upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6 the reason you don't have any content is because that upgrade costs money. If you are referring to upgrading from 1.6.x.x to 1.6.x.x then there could be an issue with E6 connecting to the internet for authorization.
