I've been trying to understand how boost works on E6. With my Tittle device, it seems that I need an 18% boost to get realistic driver distances with real balls. I gather boost acts like a multiplier for all ball strikes. Does anyone know if it also acts as a multiplier on the putter? Or is the putter swing so soft, that the multiplier is of little consequence?

I have just bought the Tittle device and having fun with it..(thanks to your helpful youtube vids) and I wondered the same thing regarding boosts. I do notice when putting you have to hit the ball (real or swing stick) REALLY softly or else it flies off the putter!

Putting seems to be very sensitive like a 9 to 10 stimpmeter. I've missed an excessive number of shots from 2-3ft with medium greens because a tap in wasn't enough and a putt sent it over the hole and two feet out. I'm going to ask one of the techs at e6 about this after I play a few rounds with the greens set to slow.
I've been using a "Putt-a-bout" 3'x11' matt that is supposed to match a 9-10 stimp rating, and for 7-10ft very light putts, it seems to match well with the E6 medium greens. (9-10 stimp is considered fast I believe). So it maybe playing very fast.

Well I did a Tittle experiment to see if the Boost setting effects putting and sure enough it does. If you set Boost to Maximum, it will send the ball flying across greens and jumping the hole with just a small tap. So armed with that knowledge, It would seem that if your using boost to compensate for real club and ball usage that you may certainly want to adjust green speed to slow.
Armed with that info, you can expect boost to be effecting all of the other clubs in a similar fashion.Last edited by Chuck; 08-03-2018, 08:49 PM.Courses Created:
