E6 demo not working

Does the paid software work better. Anyone tried the demo and have a problem connecting. It worked for a day but now doesn’t connect to “play”. I first connect to SkyTrak then minimum and try E6, no luck. Any suggestions?

Never been an issue for me. I use E6 1.6 and the software connects flawlessly.

You could check your Skytrak account online to ensure the demo permissions for Skytrak are in your account. Did you download from Skytrak? If you pulled from the E6 website it won’t work.

I just got the E6 demo yesterday and it worked for me minus the sound (which I guess is just a bunch of bird noises in the full version anyways).

Just got my e6 demo running, after a week with tech support. Hats off to the e6 Team and their dedication in solving my problem.

Make sure you close SkyTrak before opening e6.

What errors are you getting and what system are you running?

I've noticed that the PLAY tab is grayed out on my system for the first 3-10 seconds, but then becomes clickable after that time. Other than that, my only issue has been with the chipping.

Chipping is better for whatever reason in the full version. I place the ball 1/2 to 1 inch in front of the laser, logo facing Skytrak. Chipping is aok, close better than 9 out of 10 read. Putting can be tricky, have set 10ft gimmies.

Thanks for the tips. Yep, gotta close skytrak to get it to work. Kinda counterintuitive. Chipping sux so I’ll move ball up. Thanks again
