Install issue with previous trial version

Ran the 30 day trial last year. Bought the full version today. Downloaded and installed.

When I run the program get a message saying the trial version has expired and programs closes.

Uninstalled. Installed.

Same problem. How do you get past the error?

You have to unbind your trial license then login again with your email and password to bind your new license.

No option to unbind or add new license. Sent activation request using online form. Could not find any phone number. Did see the previous trial version when I registered.
