E6 connect skytrack connection issue.

Hi there .1st time post looking for help regarding e 6 connect.ive had the annual basic package for about 6 weeks now ,every time I play a round after about 4 or 5 holes the screen just goes blank and my projector is searching for a signal.if I move my mouse the picture reappears on my monitor then a couple of seconds later appears on my screen. It's not normally a problem when you're on the tee,but if it happens mid hole you can only hit a shot if you turn the skytrak on and off because the game freezes.I had the original e6 for 2years without any problems at all. The skytrak is connected via usb cable.Anybody else have any idea how this can be rectified. Thanks

Just a couple of suggestions.

1) screensaver interfering in windowed mode. If so I would turn on E6 in full screen.

2) if you are not in windowed mode, then i would completely disable power saving mode on your computer.

it sounds like something is timing out when the mouse is not moving which seems native to the computer and not E6.
