    Frustrated with Tru Golf

I know this has been discussed but I just got off the phone with TruGolf. I have had a subscription to TruGolf through Skytrak since 2017. When Connect FINALLY came out for Skytrak, I upgraded and kept the plan. I am now using Uneekor QED. I was able to transfer TGC over with no problems (done in a matter of hours - Thanks to excellent service from ProTee).

I called to see if they would transfer Connect from Sktrak to my Uneekor. As I'm sure you guessed already, they will not accommodate that transfer. Instead, they want me to buy the full version for $2,500.00 Which, by the way, does not come with online play (that's, again, a subscription for $300.00 year) and only 27 courses. They do have a "special" for Uneekor... $1,200.00 and you get 7 courses and a free year to the expanded package.

The kicker for me is they got me for thousands of dollars for the course packs that are not only not transferable but can't even be used with Connect even if I do keep the skytrak package. I had at least 50 courses in 1.6 including the very expensive Pebble Beach pack.

Bottom line? 2019 Skytrak going up for sale very shortly and I'm done with TruGolf as an enduser. I mean, seriously what is the wisdom at TruGolf? They are 3 times as much as TGC and then still want to charge you for online play. They may be the best solution for the Sim business but they are missing the boat for Home Sims.

Couldn't you sell the E6 license along with the skytrak? It's locked to the machine I assume so maybe you can recoup some of that $ including the software bundle?

I bought the uneekor deal because I play everything out there and honestly It's not worth the $. Online doesn't even work the majority of the time and none of the game modes beside stroke play are online either. Right now it's a waste of $$

that said, if you want mine for $1k it's yours lol

The subscription for E6 expires soon. I would sell the ST with P&I package. At first, I was only keeping it for a back up if my Uneekor went down for some reason. That and I thought TruGolf might be coming around with Connect. Sounds like there not ready and you are definitely someone who would know!
