E6 Connect - Product Key

I've just bought a Mevo+. It comes with a product key for E6 connet (5 courses - Ipad).

I've downloaded E6 Connect, but it will not accept the Product Key sent to me from Flightscope. Anyone else who had issues with this?

Did you have the demo installed previously. If so you may need to unbind the licence for that 1st

No. But after trying the product key for God knows how long, I skipped redeem, and when the mail meny opened, I could choose to redeem the product key again, and it worked
