I have run into a bit of a problem. While moving computers from one room to another I unbinded my E6 account from the license that came with the Mevo Plus. I have since moved the computer back to the room with the Mevo Plus in it. Re downloaded E6 and end up in Demo mode. I have no options accept playing the trial course of E6. I can't even select which simulator to use or have an option to align the camera.
I have since contacted Flightscope and have gotten my original redeem code that came with it. When going to the license section, under their account activation I am able to enter int he 27 digit code and receive a "that code is already in use," error message. So I'm stuck I have no idea what to do next as I have a 2000 dollar machine that I can only use with the flightscope practice modules. Anyone else had issues with E6 support. I got some messages back that don't do anything. Any ideas I would be greatful.
