    E6 Connect TM3e Disconnected-->Connected-->Not reading shots

    Hello,

    I have had E6 Connect with TM3e for a couple of months now and had the following issue:

    E6 Connect announces that Trackman is disconnected in the middle of play for no apparent reason, and after just a few seconds it announces the Trackman is connected again. However, Trackman does not read shots after that anymore and the only option is to close the software and start it again to keep playing. And if you are playing as guest, you have to start over because resuming game is not an option.

    All Windows power&sleep options are checked out and all TM settings should be correct. This can happen after 20 minutes or 3 hours of play, always all of sudden. Has anyone had this issue or any idea how to fix this? Been in touch with both E6 and TM support but they havent really been able to help much so far.

    Golfmise,
    This seems to be an issue that affects some of the mevo+ users, which includes myself. https://golfsimulatorforum.com/forum...tion-with-mevo
    Perhaps you might find some helpful info in there. For me, it’s seems to happen only now when hitting very slow, short putts. What seems to work best to continue without restarting E-6 is to power down the mevo+ and then restart it. Then after insuring I am connected to the mevo+ WiFi it usually shows that the connection is re-established. Then I use the recalibrate feature and the issue seems to be resolved. Hope some of this helps.

      Thank you for the reply, I can try that but it is not really the absolute fix Im trying to find. My TM3e is actually connected to my PC by cable, which makes it even weirder to lose connection like this. Thanks a lot for the help.

        Actually now when I have tried this, it does not fix the problem with TM3e. E6 Support seems to have forgotten my inquiry, so its pretty frustrating. Maybe I just need to update my TM and switch to their software.

          Have you checked to see if maybe the TM3e is going to sleep? Not really sure what it could be, but just throwing it out there. What sleep settings do you have for your TM?

            All Windows sleep settings have been set up to "never" and TM setting to "enter power save mode after" has also been set to never. And the issue can happen after 20 minutes or 3 hours so if it was the power setting causing this I would at least think it would be consistent, right? Thanks a lot for taking your time to reply.
