E6 Connect transfer to new computer / user

I am having some difficulty getting help from TruGolf with this question so asking it here as well. I have been using E6 Connect with an ES20/20 for a few years now. I recently bought Uneekor EyeXO. After finding out that there is a not insignificant cost to switching E6 Connect over to use the EyeXO rather than the ES 20/20, I am considering whether I should try to sell the E6 Connect software along with the ES 20/20 if there is somebody out there who wanted both.

I am finding that I enjoy playing in the Uneekor Refine/Succeed environment as you get access to the swing cameras and the ball contact images right in the game. And really, who doesn't like to try to diagnose their swing mechanics in the middle of a round?

Has anybody ever transferred their license for E6 Connect to a different person? They have a form on their site that suggests it can be submitted to allow one to transfer E6 Golf 1.6 to a new computer.

I cannot find anything about whether that form also works for E6 Connect and/or if it still valid if the computer it is being transferred to belongs to a different person.

    Thanks for any info.

New info from E6 support on how to transfer the license between computers.

You will first have to unbind the license from your current computer. Then you will log in an bind the license to your new computer. Here are instructions to do so.

    Unbinding and binding
    • Go to portal.e6golf.com an log in with your E6 Connect credentials
    • Once logged in click on the red license tab
    • On license page go to the E6 Connect license and click the unbind tab
    • Click ok on message that pops up.

You have now unbound the E6 Connect license

How to bind your E6 Connect license
    • Launch E6 Connect.
    • Click ok on the online authentication message that pops up
    • Select log in and sign in to your E6 Connect account
    • Select your E6 Connect license and click the green activate button to bind the license.

You will now end up on the main menu ready to play.

It is sounding like the license is locked to a user account. Not too surprising I guess. I guess I will pay their fee to get it to work with my EyeXO and hold on to it.
