E6 Connect Doesn't Work with Uneekor Eye XO Launch Monitor

I have a brand new simulator system with a Uneekor Eye XO launch monitor. The launch monitor works perfectly with the accompanying Uneekor "View" software (which is essentially a driving range but nothing more). I purchased the E6 Connect golf course software, but can't get E6 Connect to recognize or work with the Uneekor Eye XO launch monitor. The E6 software loads fine, but doesn't receive data from the launch monitor. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Some other people posted on this a while back and said it was a bad update by E6.

I have the same system and there is an interface program that sends the data to E6.
