E6 questions from a newb

Hi everyone. I just recently set up a home sim. Loving it so far. I went with e6 for the software. I have a few questions that I wasn't able to find via Google or a search of this site...

1. Is there a way to configure the max strokes per hole? When I have my buddies over I'd like to have triple bogie be the max on a hole for pace-of-play reasons
2. Can you adjust the scoring in stableford?
3. Is there a setting to have a single player finish the hole before moving to the next player? As opposed to the typical "furthest away goes next" method? I think this would greatly speed up play
4. If I enter a manual handicap, will the software adjust it as I play rounds? Or once you enter it manually you are stuck maintaining it manually?

If you get stuck inside a tree or behind an obstacle where it's impossible to get out from, even if you hit backwards or totally sideways, we have a house rule that you can rewind to the stroke where you were last able to hit and go from there, but we add one stroke for a "drop" when the putting comes up.

Not ideal, but better than taking 12.

How do you rewind past the last shot? I only see an option to do a mulligan and erase the last shot, which by then it's too late.

Their whole drop process is terrible. If you hit a shot left or right into a hazard the only drop option is a flag line drop which could be hundreds of yards away or into an impossible situation. No 2 club lateral drop option. Tech support told me they're aware of the issue but the team has decided not to work on it at this time.
