TruGolf E6 low launch angle

I am finding that my launch angles on TruGolf E6 are very low. For example:

7 iron = 10-11 degrees
wedges = 16-18 degrees

Is there a setting that is off? They all seem about 1/2 of my normal launch angles.

E6 doesn't measure the ball, it just receives the data from your launch monitor? Which launch monitor do you have?

Trugolf is the simulator. Not sure if there are some adjustments that need to be made?

I'm not familiar with a TruGolf launch monitor system, so hopefully someone else can chime in. I'm sure it has a calibration routine you can run? If so, I would do that.

If it doesn't help and no one else chimes in, I would reach out to TruGolf support.
