E6 Pebble without Basic Subscription

Good morning,
Can't get ahold of the E6 folks, thought I'd try here. Had the E6 Basic subscription for a couple of years. Bought Pebble as an add on. I let the basic lapse and was going to just play Pebble and use FS Golf PC for the range. Is my Pebble purchase done without Basic or Extended?

Yes it is. It’s only good as long as you have a subscription or if you own a copy of E6
