  • e6 II

    http://www.e6golf.com/e6golf2.php

Will be available for Protee whens it's released. Might be 6-12 months away, but also heard they might be rolling out an update for the current e6 that would include graphics upgrades.

Exactly what I heard as well!

What is the main difference between e6 and Redchain?
Are they compatible for online play?
Do you believe e6 II will be an update (free) or upgrade (purchase) for existing e6 users?

e6 has no online play. RC has better graphics, better game play, and better ball cameras.

Don't know if e6 II update will be free or not. The e6 update should be free.

The E6 II graphics from the last PGA show look fantastic. What is incredibly frustrating is debuting technology that seemingly never becomes available. The longer it takes, the more it hurts them. Other companies see what they are working on and they catch up. This drives prices down (good for us, bad for them). It seems as though these companies never look at this as a volume business (except for Optishot).

They most certainly will in the future.

Cool video. I wonder when this video was made? In the beginning, it showed an available date of 1-24-2014.

That is impressive. Defiantly have to upgrade the projector.

They got big name sponsors. Looks like it might cost money for to create events. Upgrade to e6 appears to for the interface and online play only.

There will be lots of competition with PP and Protee. Are they charging for online play?

I have been watching the new p2p videos this morning. It looks like there is a lot of new action in the online sim scene. This is great for all of us. Corey mentioned they are working on integrating the Xi with E6...did you all catch that? That is news to me....and could be really great.

I think it's free to join and play, but you'll need a commercial account to create events, which will probably cost money. Protee needs to get moving on the tournament pages. Optishot Live will also be competition.

Yes, I caught that. Smart move on their part. Big question is whether the Xi is ready and accurate.
