im looking at a cyber power pc vs Alienware. Cyberpower has hdmi and the Alienware doesn’t (Alienware has 24 month financing at Best Buy!). I’m hooking it up to a benq st for fsx 2018. Any thoughts or recommendations on the need for hdmi?

HDMI will give you a better output for video, but you need to look at the Video cards (Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)) they have and look at the recommendations for FSX 2018 and make sure you have a NIVIDA GPU, an AMD GPU will not work. -
Thats weird no HDMI. Is it a desktop or laptop? Does the Alienware have a display port.?I use that to connect to my projector using display to hdmi adapter works great.Comment

Can't speak to the question - but for the Alienware - be aware that Dell C.S. has a horrible reputation (which I can vouch for first hand).Comment
