This capable of running TGC and Skytrak?

Longtime lurker here and while I'm confident with nearly everything I'm doing in building out my garage sim, the computer is the one area I'm feeling lost.

Found this computer on ebay, looks like the GTX 1070 graphics card is enough to handle TGC, does everything else seem to be up to snuff? Appreciate all the help and loving the wealth of information this place provides!

7th gen i7-770, 16GB RAM, GTX 1070 - More than enough.
