Does anyone know if tgc 2019 will run on an i5 thats 2.3 ghz?
nvidia gtx 1050ti is also thr gpu.

All three of those specs (i5, 2.3ghz, gtx 1050ti) are the bare minimum or under for what TGC 2019 requires. I would suggest trying to get to the recommended or higher requirements they outline, otherwise you're going to be dialing a lot of the graphic settings way back to make it smooth.

Which means, yes it will run. Now, how happy you might be with the end graphics after dialing down the settings is a separate question.
