Upgrading computer for TGC 2019 and need help please

I built my sim last year and unfortunately didn't stretch my computer budget. Currently I have an ASUS gaming laptop i5 with GTX 1050 and am not pleased. The load time is slow, the graphics have to be dialed back and the game is choppy. So, im not making the same mistake this year with my upgrade. I am using a 1080p darbee with no plan to ever upgrade to 4k Or play anything on the new comp other than TGC19 with skytrak. I am looking for fast load, smooth game play and max graphic settings. I know very little about graphics cards and have no intention of "building a PC". Could someone with computer knowledge please recommend one of these choices (not sure which is better graphics card option) or a link to something that you would suggest for my needs. Thanks

I myself prefer an intel CPU but this looks to be a very good buy for what all it has.
