My uneekor upgrade plan

Going upgrade my golf sim system to a uneekor... just don't have enough will power to hold off.

Just in case if anyone is currently doing the same thing and looking for the best deal.

My plan:
Need to buy laptop since my current system uses a desktop streaming to my garage through steamlink. Since uneekor needs an ethernet port directly plugged in need a new computer. Went with a laptop since I rather not leave a computer in the garage all the time just for a golf sim.

I found a brand new dell G5 5990 laptop from the Dell outlet center. It has an 9th gen i7 processor, a RTX2060, and 16gb of Ram. It was listed around $750 with a retail price tag of around $1500. I messaged them and asked for an additional discount, doesn’t hurt to ask, and they took off an additional $100. Brand new. All new warranties. $654 out the door... I also picked up that same projector off of amazon on prime day for around $550 I believe. It definitely pays to keep searching. Good luck with Uneekor! I will be changing to that system as soon as I get the house to do so.

That's a great deal on the projector!
I would have gone the desktop route if my sim had a designated room in my home but am going have to wait another decade for my kids to go off to college.

That dell was a laptop! Slightly better specs than the model you were looking at for a lot less. Worth looking into.
