no its not going to work. You really need a dedicated graphics card. 1650 or greater.... I would recommend a 2060 or higher, and if you can get your hands on a 3000 series Nvidia or new AMD card, thats the direction I would recommend going.

none of them. from your links, some of them do have a dedicated graphics card but not powerful enough, and some of them have integrated graphics card and those will not work for TGC2019 for Simulator play. Try to find a PC that has a dedicated graphics card such as GTX 1060, 1660, 2060, and up. And I say up, meaning 1070, 1080, 2070, 2080, and the newer 3000 series but those are tough to get right now.
Hey Gotkimchi, with each upgrade to graphic cards as you mentioned in this post, what will be the exact enhancements to the game play? Is it strictly on the graphics of the game? Does it also have an impact in reducing the amount of time between contact and action on the screen? Or any other aspect of game play on TGC2019?
I don't run AMD graphics card because they tend to run little hot and driver support isn't as good as Nvidias. I am pretty sure, others are using AMD graphics card and most likely they will also work. Just that I like Nvidia cards.
I actually used the 5700xt for a hot minute when i was trouble-shooting my computer and it actually ran cooler than my 2070 did. I do agree with you around the driver support issues though, but generally that is only on brand new released cards. I had no issues with the 5700XT i ran at all, I only got rid of it because I found out that my MOBO was the culprit with power delivery issues.
Right now, I feel like for consumers its a great time. Both Big Red and Big Green are putting out excellent products, the question is, when will us average joes be able to get our hands on them... BTW a nice pre-build that is supposedly available is from VRLA:
Seems like you are on a tight budget, which is understandable. Typical price for an used PC with a descent video card will be around $500+. New PCs are around $750+
Thanks for helping him. We know he’s trying to cut cost but I see you’re doing the best you can. I want him to have the best experience too but it seems his budget is not inline with the cost involved. That coupled with the fact that Nvidia and AMD have the worst naming schemes for GPUs makes this so difficult.
