Costco PC Tower Conundrum

As of a week ago I knew nothing about gaming PC's and I have now read enough to really screw myself, so hoping someone with a bit of knowledge can help.
I'm running Mevo+ and a BenQ TH671ST projector at 1080p.
Which of these Costco options (if any) would be best?
Do I need to add a monitor to these, or do I just use the projector as my screen?

I don't use E6 Connect, so I do not have a first hand experience. I am just going by what the specs of the cards and what others have stated.

You can connect the projector straight to the PC, as long as the projector has a HDMI port or DVI port. Most modern projectors do have that so you should be just fine. Most people like to have a second screen as well. You can also leverage free software called ontopreplica.

You don't need a second screen. all the stats will show up on the main screen. some people like having another tv in their setup for various reasons. I think having a monitor with a keyboard makes things easier when playing the sim. Its easier to see fine details on a high def smaller monitor.

Graphics is the thing you're going to be most concerned with and since both are using essentially the same graphics card, I would say that the size of the enclosure might be the main difference between the two. One says Desktop and the other says Tower. If you need a smaller unit to fit in a cabinet, then go with the smaller form factor. I have a small cabinet and I went with the Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF) HP 405 G4 Mini with Ryzen 5 CPU and AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 on board graphics. My machine is 6" x 6" by 2" and is connected to a 55" wall-mounted TV and to a projector via a 1 in 2 out HDMI adapter. I mostly use the Skytrak software and there is no issue with graphics there. I do have the E6 Demo course (Aviara), and in my opinion, my machine runs that software more than adequately. I think either option you're looking at is going to be great for a simulator setup. I have a separate racing simulator (racing seat with pedals and force feedback wheel) and my graphics card (1050Ti) is almost 5 years older than the one you're looking at I get unbelievable performance from that environment.
